
Leadership Plus is made up of a small, highly motivated and flexible staff team. The Director is responsible for the overall management of the organisation, development of strategies and the achievements of the strategic outcomes. This is a part-time position (0.8), or four days per week.
The Training and Development Coordinator is responsible for those Initiatives that have a competence/skills development component to them. This is a full-time position.
The Office Manager is responsible for all office systems including finances, contributing to the Initiatives by managing communication and information, both internally and externally.

Stephen Gianni - Director Before taking up this role Stephen was the director of Social Action & Research at the Brotherhood of St Laurence. He has also been the Senior Advocate at the Office of the Public Advocate, the Executive Officer of Vicserv - the peak body in the non-government psychiatric disability sector, and the Executive Officer of the Attendant Care Coalition (now Action for Community Living). Stephen has also founded and managed his own businesses overseas. He is currently the Chairperson of Victoria Legal Aid's Community Consultative Committee and a Board Member of DASSI, Arts Access Victoria and the RMIT Disability Advisory Committee. He is a Fellow of the Leadership Victoria Community Leadership Program, and is currently undertaking an MBA at RMIT. |
